Presh Retreat Policies

It's business time.

We are so excited that you are considering investing in your health by going on a retreat, and honored that you are considering one of ours. In order to ensure a relaxing experience for all involved, we ask that you thoroughly read through our policies and abide by them throughout the process. If you have any question about a policy, please feel free to reach out by e-mail, phone or social media.

  • Presh requires full payment at least 8-weeks (56 days) prior to the start of the retreat. If we don’t receive your full payment by this time, you may lose your place in the retreat as well as your deposit.

  • Presh has to be firm in its cancellation policy due to costs we incur prior to the retreat. Deposits are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you cancel your participation up to and including the 56-day point before the start date of the retreat we will fully refund your balance, minus the deposit. From the 55-day point prior to the start of the retreat, your payment becomes non-refundable - with no exceptions including for changes related to COVID-19. For this reason we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance for this trip.

  • If, for any reason, we have to cancel the retreat, rest assured that Presh guarantees all payments made to Presh, including the deposit, will be fully refunded to you.

  • If retreat does not fill to minimum capacity by 12 weeks prior to start date it may be cancelled.

  • Your participation in the retreat is dependent on the submission of your signed liability waiver form. We send you a liability waiver form by e-mail when you pay the deposit. Please complete, sign and return this form by e-mail within 2 weeks of receipt. You risk losing your spot in the retreat, as well as your deposit, if we do not receive the completed form within 2 weeks from your receipt of it.

  • Presh may contract with independent contractors to provide transportation, guide services, other travel-related services. We assume no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service provided by an independent contractor or resulting directly from the following: - detention annoyance - terrorism - thefts - pilferage - force majeure - civil disturbances - government restrictions or regulations - acts of God - strikes - delays and expenses arising from quarantine - failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled - discrepancies or changes in transit or hotel services over which we have no control.

  • Although fully licensed to practice medicine and counseling in their home states, Presh founders Kellie Moore, ND and Beatriz Lloret, M.A., LPC, are not licensed to practice in the retreat location. They are not responsible for your health before, during or after the retreat. No specific medical advice or counseling will be provided to individual clients on a Presh retreat. All information provided at the retreat will be for general education purposes and may need to be discussed with a healthcare provider familiar with your health history prior to implementation.

  • If you have a physical or mental health condition that you are concerned about, please consult with your primary healthcare practitioner prior to registering for a Presh retreat. If you do decide to join us, please indicate this condition in your registration so that we may be prepared to assist you in safely and comfortably participating in the retreat.

  • Should the need for acute, or urgent medical or psychological care arise for a client during a Presh retreat, professionals licensed to practice in that location will be called upon.

  • Each retreat will have a practitioner certified to provide basic first aid and CPR.

  • Please respect site-specific policies regarding quiet hours, scented products, food in cabins, etc.

  • Please treat all Presh facilitators and participants with respect.

  • Please join us with an open mind and sense of adventure and flexibility. We will be working hard to make your Presh experience an amazingly rejuvenating one, sticking as closely to the retreat description as possible. Nevertheless, the schedule and activities may be subject to change. Presh reserves the right to make reasonable changes in the itinerary where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of trip members, or for unforeseen events.

By advancing a deposit to Presh, the depositor thereby agrees to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
